Negative Action?

I’ve always been skeptical about solutions to problems caused by racism when those solutions include more decisions based on race.

Maybe it’s causing more harm than good.

I’ve flip-flopped on my opinion of affirmative action over the years. I don’t think there are many short-term positive affects. But I do think demanding certain numbers of minorities be admitted to schools and employed by large companies could have a positive outcome on generations to come.
